We use a Gleason-Pfauter 1200G machine for grinding teeth.
This modern full profile grinding machine can grind from modul 1 to 50.
Tooth shape modifications such as Tiprelief, flank line balliness and end return are no problem for this machine. The machine can also grind the teeth from solid material.
Quality according to DIN 3962: class 3-2
